A Level Results Day – 14th August 2025
On Results Day, Verulam School will be open from 9.00am.
Results can be collected in person or by a nominated person in the main Hall. Contrary to previous communications, and in line with JCQ regulations, results will be published on the Student Portal (not MCAS) around lunchtime. If you wish results to be collected by someone who is not the student, then the student (not the parent) needs to send an email to exams@verulam.aetrust.uk by the end of term (18th July), confirming who that person will be. That nominated person needs to bring in photo ID on the day. Without this email and ID, results will not be handed to anyone but the student. Results will not be shared via email or telephone.
Members of Sixth Form staff will be available on the day to assist you with any queries post 18. If you have any queries re Sixth Form, please email sixthform@verulam.aetrust.uk.
Post-result service enquiries information will be sent via Parentmail.

All students who have applied to Verulam Sixth Form should have logged on to Applicaa prior to results day to enter their personal details.
On results day, students should log in to Applicaa to confirm their results. If their results meet the criteria for entry for Verulam Sixth Form, students should confirm their courses on Applicaa immediately.
Please note, if you are already a student at Verulam, your results will have been uploaded and all you need to do is confirm your subject choices. Should you not meet the entry criteria to study your chosen subject(s) in Verulam Sixth Form, there will be a sticker on the envelope to request that the student meets with a member of Sixth form staff in the Sixth Form Centre on results day to review their options.
If you are an external candidate, in addition to logging on, you will be required to upload a photo of your results as well as confirm your subject choices.
Confirmation of a place at Verulam will be sent out via Applicaa once all results have been received and reviewed.
Should your results not be in line with entry requirements for the courses you have chosen, a member of staff will be available in the 6th form block to give you support and guidance.
First day of school will be 2nd September – exact timings will be published on our website.
